We expect our collaborators to comply with all occupational health and safety legislation, regulation and codes of practice.
We expect our collaborators to manage their activities, and conduct themselves, with integrity in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards.
We do not tolerate bribery or corruption in any form. We expect our collaborators to act against corruption and bribery and ensure that personal relationships do not interfere with business activities. The collaborator must take action to eliminate any inappropriate or unlawful activity and inform ENERSOLE.
We expect our collaborators to ensure that no conflicts of interest arise between them and ENERSOLE or if such conflicts are discovered that they are eliminated and reported to ENERSOLE.
We expect our collaborators to recognize the freely exercised right of workers to organize and defend their interests and to bargain collectively, as well as to protect those workers from any action or other form of discrimination related to the exercise of their right to organize, to carry out trade union activities and to bargain collectively.

We expect that all personnel involved in sourcing, processing, manufacturing, transporting or otherwise delivering goods/services to Enersole are free from modern slavery practices.
Collaborators, direct or indirect, involved in human trafficking, forced or child labour, slavery or the deceptive recruitment of labour, are required to cease their collaboration immediately to Enersole and will be reported as required by law to the appropriate authorities.
Upon request collaborators are required to provide detailed information on their goods and services and to declare any identified or perceived labour concerns to Enersole.
